In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s "Outline of Building a Powerful Transportation Country", strengthen international exchanges in the field of high-speed railway safety governance method and technology, integrate the latest research achievements of high-speed railway safety governance, maintain our international leading position in the field of rail transportation safety, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University(BJTU) will jointly hold 2021 CAE International Top-level Forum on Engineering Science and Technology--Safety and Governance of High Speed Railway(SGHSR2021)  in Beijing on October 9 - 10, 2021. The forum is organized by BJTU State Key Laboratory of Rail Traffic Control and Safety. The theme of the forum is "High-speed Railway Safety and Governance". Discussions on High-speed Railway safety governance methods, new technologies, and typical cases will be launched in forms of special reports, academic exchanges etc. At present, well-known experts such as Academician Sun Yongfu, Academician He Huawu, Academician Lu Chunfang, Academician Tian Hongqi, Academician Qian Qingquan,  etc. have been invited to give keynote speeches in the conference.

We cordially welcome academicians and experts in the field of high-speed railway safety to submit papers on the Forum theme and attend the conference.

The accepted papers in Chinese or English will be included in the conference proceedings which will be published by international publishing house. Excellent papers will be recommended to in following Journals: Engineering(ISSN: 2095-8099)(SCI), Frontiers of Engineering Management(ISSN: 2095-7513), International Journal of Smart and Resilient Transportation after revision.
